30 Day Performance Snapshot

Measurement window: Jan 25 to Feb 21, 2026

  • 19 Sessions

  • 11 Unique Visitors

  • 37 Page Views

  • 8m 28s Average Session Duration

  • 68 percent Bounce Rate

Initial signal is directional.

Engagement depth appears stronger than traffic volume.

The constraint is acquisition, not retention.

Objective

The goal was to convert a static portfolio into a measurable growth system.

Rather than chasing traffic volume, this experiment focused on signal clarity and constraint identification.

Growth Hypothesis

If structured tracking and attribution are implemented before scaling traffic, it should be possible to identify acquisition channels, evaluate engagement efficiency, detect the primary growth constraint, and prioritise optimisation accurately.

Measurement Architecture

A lightweight but structured tracking system was implemented.

Wix Analytics was used for session and engagement tracking

UTM parameters preserved acquisition context.Page path monitoring allowed navigation analysis.

Session duration and bounce rate provided engagement signals.

Tracking was configured before increasing distribution efforts so behavioural data could be interpreted clearly as traffic grows.

Traffic Segmentation

With only 19 sessions recorded, separating signal from noise was necessary.

Traffic was segmented into two groups.

Network traffic included direct shares, personal network visits, and internal previews.External traffic included distribution driven visits.

Network traffic created engagement outliers.

One 23 minute session came from a single unique visitor. These sessions were excluded from growth interpretation.

External traffic showed more realistic patterns. Visitors moved beyond the landing page into case studies and blog content.

Bounce variability aligned with distribution timing.

This segmentation prevented overestimating engagement performance.

Constraint Diagnosis

Visitors who arrived tended to explore beyond the landing page.

Engagement structure appears acceptable relative to current volume.

The primary growth constraint is acquisition scale.

At the current rate, traffic averages under one session per day. This indicates that distribution consistency is the main growth lever.

The sample size remains small, so conclusions are directional rather than statistically definitive. The clarity prevents premature redesign and shifts focus toward increasing inflow.

Iteration Plan for Month 2

Focus will remain on improving acquisition quality while preserving measurement integrity.

  1. Establish consistent distribution cadence

Move from irregular sharing to a structured rhythm of two to three LinkedIn posts per week.

Metric monitored will be sessions per day and baseline stability over time. Goal is to increase daily session baseline above the current average.

  2. Refine attribution for channel comparison Tighten UTM taxonomy to distinguish organic posts, direct message shares, and resume linked visits. Metric monitored will be sessions by source and engagement depth by channel. Goal is to identify which acquisition channel produces stronger engagement efficiency.

  3. Improve entry page performance signal Segment sessions by first entry page including landing card, case study, and blog.Metric monitored will be pages per session and navigation depth by entry point. Goal is to determine which entry experience drives stronger downstream exploration.

Changes will be introduced sequentially to preserve clarity in cause and effect interpretation.

Key Insight

Measurement changes prioritisation.

Without tracking, iteration would likely focus on redesign.

With tracking, the constraint becomes clear. The issue is not engagement depth. It is traffic inflow.

The portfolio now operates as a measurable growth system.
